When you shop in our webshop, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable EU legislation and Swedish distance selling regulations.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent via email to our customer service at info@guidelineflyfish.com. Please include your order number so that we can identify your purchase.

Return of goods
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw. The goods should be returned in substantially unchanged condition. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Unless otherwise stated, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any standard delivery costs. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are exempt by law, for example items made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
