When ordering spare parts, please always count from the TOP / THIN END of the rod! A 4-piece rod will be described like this: Part 1/Tip, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4/Butt section, with handle & reel seat. We do our best to stock parts for all our current rod models, and when a rod is discontinued, we keep spare parts for five (5) years.
Only when accidents happen
Please understand, we don’t offer spare parts to let people buy and assemble a complete rod at a lower cost. Our spare part program is a service to those who have accidentally broken a part or two of their rod and helps them get back onto the water at a reasonable cost. Orders that build a full rod from spare parts will be cancelled.
Warranty
The NT11 and NT8 rod series come with a 25-year warranty for the original owner. This warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. During the warranty period (from the date of purchase), you are entitled to repair or replacement (at our discretion) of damaged or defective parts of your rod. If the rod model has been discontinued and/or we are unable to repair or replace a rod section, we will replace your rod with a comparable model (at our discretion).
If you wish to make a warranty claim, do not purchase a spare part here. Instead, contact the store where you originally bought the rod. If it was from a Guideline dealer, please contact them to register the claim. If you purchased directly from us, please visit our Service & Warranty page.
Always keep your proof of purchase, as this will be required when submitting a claim under this warranty. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect or limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
