Our range of shooting lines offers various types and models, available as monofilament or coated options, each with its unique benefits. The monofilament shooting line is thinner yet stronger, designed for long-distance casting and suitable for all types of heads. A coated model resembles an integrated line, offering smoother shooting and a less aggressive feel, ideal for presentations with lighter densities. All shooting lines are used in conjunction with a shooting head. Backing is a strong, thin line that is attached to the fly reel before the fly line is added and provides additional line length for hard fighting fish. Available in Dacron or PE.
