Heggeli is a famous Norwegian classic wet fly, named after Heggelilakes found in Nordmarka outside Oslo. The fly was originally called Heggeli Fly and was developed in the 1920-s of Bernhard Caspari, one of the members of the "trout club" that had the fishing rights to these lakes.
