Guideline collaborates with DHL Express for all our deliveries into the USA. Delivery time is normally 2-4 working days but may vary depending on location. We deliver goods from our warehouse in Sweden Monday - Friday, except public holidays, and the calculated shipping cost will be displayed when you are in the check-out window. Orders will be shipped through the USA company and no additional tariffs or VAT will be added apart from sales tax.


Shipping with DHL standard freight with a flat rate of 25 USD.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation via the specified e-mail. After that, your order is processed as quickly as possible and we work to be able to send your order the next working day.

How do I track my order?

When our goods have been packed and sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or an SMS with a notification that your package has been packed and is on its way to you. In this message, you will also receive a package number where you can search for your package on DHL's website - www.dhl.com
