Standard leaders are the perfect choice for progressive fly fishers and when extra long leaders are not required. The Pro leaders are designed for many fishing situations we encounter and can be attached directly to the fly line without any form of customization. For a more tailored leader arrangement, we suggest removing approx 30-40cm of leader from the tippet end of a 3X or 4X leader before knotting on a tippet ring. This affords a degree of versatility for attaching various tippet diameters and lengths to accommodate a wide range of fly sizes and patterns.Taper profile
