Håkan Norling
This is our man on the roads and on the rivers. One day he is having a demonstration on the river Byske and the next you will find him visiting a show in UK. Håkan is in charge of sales and all our promotional activities. Of course, he is also a tremendous resource for new product ideas. Håkan is the Mr. Templedog, who has revolutionized the tying of modern tubeflies forever.

Morgan Evans
Marketing manager.
Morgan is also the man behind our advertising- and SP-material. This guy knows everything there is to know about flyfishing for seatrout on the coast.

Helena Magnusson

Birger Magnusson
Manages the warehouse and takes care of the logistic side of our business. He is virtually grown up in this environment, as well as along the banks of the river Rolfsån and the Swedish West Coast. Birger is the man responsible for deliveries finding their way to our dealers fast and correctly.

Andreas Johansson
Andreas is on the road to support our customers in mid and south of Sweden, where he forms a very important core with Birger. He lives on the coast and fishes 12 months a year for seatrout and pike. Certified guide and a brilliant flytyer.

Has made the wheels turn fast and successful in UK over the last couple of years. From being totally unknown, Guideline now has evolved to become one of the hottest brands on the UK scene.
Lawrie has genuine knowledge of the trade and is a very experienced flyfisher. Amongst other claims to fame, he managed the famous Yokanga Camp for Frontiers during a 6 year period.
